Web Analytics Company In Hisar

Web analytics is the collection, reporting, and analysis of website data. The focus is on identifying measures based on your organizational and user goals and using the website data to determine the success or failure of those goals and to drive strategy and improve the user's experience.

Why web analytics is important?

We build a website but the job is not complete here. We have to analyse data, user's behaviour and make improvement accordingly. Now, let us understand each one by one:-

Collecting, Analysing and Measuring user’s data-

We have lots of visitors daily on our website, blog, or any other digital asset. If we don't use analytics we don't know how much traffic we are driving. To know all about this, we use an analytics tool. It tells us various things:-

  • How Many people are coming to our website?
  • How much time they are spending?
  • How many people are contacting us and registering with us?
  • What are the pages they are viewing?
  • What is the bounce rate? (bounce rate is when people come to our website casually and quit it)

Track, Report and Analyse user's behavior-

First of all, understand what is user's behavior. User's behaviour is how they are behaving with our website like:-

  • How many people come to our website casually and quit it?
  • How many people actually visit our website?
  • How much time do they spend and on which page?
  • What are the most visit pages?
  • What are the least visit pages?
  • How many people are registering?

All these come under user behaviour. By using analytics tools, we track, prepare a report and analyze all these things.

To track informed decisions, continuous improvement-

After preparing a report of the consumer behavior. We analytics it and take informed decision accordingly to results.

For example:-

  • if we are driving 200 visitors per month, why 200 people are visiting, why 500 or more are not visiting,
  • if 200 is visiting, on which page they are spending their time most, why they are not spending time on other pages, which things they like the most.
  • If the bounce rate is high is more then why?

We try to find out the answer to all these questions using analytics tools and takes decisions accordingly and make continuous improvement.

There is a complete cycle of Web Analytic:-

  • Track
  • Measure

  • Informed Decisions
